Welcome to the Chicken Farm Management System (CFMS). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

System Overview

The CFMS is designed to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making in chicken farm management. The system addresses key areas, including production tracking, sales management, expense control, feeding management, financial integration, order management, and event logging.

System Objectives

1. Production Tracking: Accurately monitor egg production, classification, and poultry health metrics.
2. Sales Management: Efficiently manage wholesale and retail sales of eggs, manure, and damaged/jumbo eggs.
3. Expense Control: Track feed purchases, production costs, and director withdrawals.
4. Feeding Management: Optimize feed consumption and reordering based on daily consumption rates.
5. Financial Integration: Seamlessly integrate with banking and M-Pesa APIs for payment notifications and reconciliation.
6. Order Management: Track orders from placement to delivery and generate relevant reports.
7. Event Logging: Record significant farm events and occurrences for future reference and analysis.

System Features

1. Production Tracking:
   • Track egg production by floor and tray.
   • Classify eggs into categories (broken/damaged, jumbo, normal).
   • Monitor poultry mortality and health issues.
2. Sales Management:
   • Manage wholesale and retail sales.
   • Generate sales reports and invoices.
   • Track inventory levels for eggs, manure, and damaged/jumbo eggs.
3. Expense Management:
   • Record feed purchases and other production costs.
   • Track director withdrawals.
   • Generate expense reports.
4. Feeding Management:
   • Calculate daily feed requirements per hen.
   • Trigger automatic reordering when feed levels reach a predefined threshold.
5. Financial Integration:
   • Integrate with banking and M-Pesa APIs.
   • Receive instant payment notifications.
   • Reconcile bank and M-Pesa transactions.
6. Order Management:
   • Create and track customer orders.
   • Generate delivery schedules and invoices.
   • Monitor order fulfillment status.
7. Event Logging:
   • Record significant farm events (e.g., disease outbreaks, equipment failures, staff changes).
   • Generate event reports for analysis and decision-making.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when using the CFMS.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the CFMS.
• Users must not use the CFMS for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the CFMS, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of [Brainsoft Technologies Ltd] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

The CFMS is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the system will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the CFMS, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Brainsoft Technologies Ltd], its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the CFMS, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms of Service are effective when they are posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
